Gold Radio

Gold Radio was formed in 2007 after the merger of Classic Gold and Capital Gold networks. The station was relaunched in March 2014 as a partially automated radio service where it broadcasts in fewer areas after the company transferred most of the DAB/AM frequencies to Smooth Radio. This radio targets young adults in London, Derby, Manchester, Nottingham, and surrounding areas on AM frequencies, while Leicester and Yorkshire residents can access the radio on DAB. Everyone else can listen to the radio online.

This station delivers a wide variety of music, including oldies, rock, R&B soul, and country music, among others. Listeners enjoy unending music shows and various exciting programs, such as the breakfast show.
